An instrument, not an oracle.

What actually runs

When you forge a fork, your words set the starting numbers of a small, visible machine: three coupled quantities per life (wellbeing, connection, momentum), a pull toward each life's own baseline, daily seeded luck, and events whose odds tilt with momentum — wins compound. That compounding raises milestones; the world you watch literally builds them.

The rules are fixed and identical for everyone. Only the starting numbers come from your story, and every one of them is shown with its reason. Same seed, same life — replay it in ten years and it will grow the same.

Why it's honest

We never show one future and call it yours. Behind every reading are a hundred-plus seeded worlds; what you get is the spread: "brighter in 64% of runs" is a distribution, not a verdict. The most useful output isn't a prophecy at all — it's sensitivity: which dial actually moves your fork, so you can test it gently in the real world.

Hard lines we hold: no mortality, no diagnoses, no verdicts on real relationships, no simulating named people who haven't asked. This is reflection wearing the clothes of play.

The craft

The worlds are built from CC0 art by Kenney, grown by a deterministic engine that runs entirely on your device. The AI, when it's involved at all, only translates your story into starting numbers and writes the reading — it never decides what happens. What happens, emerges.

SIMULAE is part of the same family as The Honest Machine — same maker, same honesty law.
